brush design sheets that specify the needed
information for a particular brush application.
This brush information is reviewed by one
of our engineers who then confirm the proper
brush design for the brush
application and a quote and sample brush can
quickly be sent for approval.

Industrial
brushes have been our specialty serving
many industries with both stock brushes
and custom brushes. Our main product is
a metal channel strip brush,
which is also referred to as a strip brush
or a channel brush. From
this basic style brush we can form a cylinder
brush or coil brush, open coil brush, open
wound brush, oval shaped brush, inside disk
brush, outside disk brush,
inside coil brush. The metal channel brush
is the most versatile type of brush manufactured
today. Precision Brush Company has more
strip brush machines in operation than any
other manufacturer in the United States
and is constantly updating equipment to
keep up with changing brush requirements.
The brush channel sizes
range from .1” to .437” width.
Within each of our thirteen metal channel
sizes we can make a nylon brush,
polypropylene brush, horse hair brush, tampico
brush, stainless steel brush, brass brush,
polyethylene brush or anti static brush.
Many
of our brushes are used as a brush seal,
weather seal brush, cleaning brush,
scrubbing brush, dampening brush, car wash
brush, antistatic brush, vacuum brush, snow
brush, conveyor cleaner brush or machine
guard brush.
Precision
Brush also provided staple set brushes,
twisted in wire brushes, wheel brushes,
and stem brushes, which are available as
a stock brush or a custom designed brush.
We have the same engineering service available
on these style brushes as we do for strip
brushes and pride ourselves on the quality
and craftsmanship of each brush.
