Company's products since 1951. We have been designing and
manufacturing custom brushes in large quantities and single
use applications.
Metal Channel Custom Brushes
Metal channel custom brushes are our specialty. We have
become a leader in manufacturing custom brushes for thousands
of customers including many other brush companies who do
not have the capabilities to manufacture custom brushes.
We manufacture custom brushes quickly and efficiently on
our custom built and designed brush making machinery. Our
engineers can put their skills to work in creating custom
brushes for your application.
Versatile Custom Brushes
Metal channel strip brushes are the most versatile type
of custom brushes. The construction is a metal channel with
a center wire and brush filling inserted into the channel.
The channel is squeezed closed and the filling is trimmed.
Using this custom brush design we can change the length,
filling and filling length both quickly and efficiently.
We can then form the custom brushes into different shapes
and styles. Custom cylinder brushes for rotary applications,
custom cup and oval brushes for vacuum applications, and
disks and curves for holding products, sealing gaps, or for
visual or weather barriers are examples of uses for custom
brushes.
Duplicating Your Custom Brushes
We can duplicate brushes that are hard to find or that are
discontinued. If you have a requirement for custom brushes,

take the specifications directly from your brush.
