Straight Strip Industrial Bushes
Straight strip metal channel industrial brushes are the
most common of the metal channel industrial brushes that
Precision Brush Company manufactures. Our straight strip
industrial brushes can be formed into cup type industrial
brushes, disk shaped industrial brushes or curved industrial
brushes.
Other Types of Industrial Brushes
In addition, we manufacture coil wound cylindrical industrial
brushes that can be wound onto a shaft and secured either
by welding or mechanical fastening. Our cylindrical industrial
brushes can then be rotated to scrub or clean an unlimited
number of items.

Fill Materials for Industrial Brushes
Our industrial brushes can be made with many different types
of fill materials, including but not limited to: synthetics
such as nylon, polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene; natural
fillings such as horsehair or tampico ; wires such as stainless
steel, brass, bronze, titanium or carbon steel wire; or other
materials such as Teflon, Thunderon and grit. Please refer

fill material would be best suited for your industrial brushes.
Metal Channel Sizes for Industrial Brushes
We can also make our industrial brushes with metal channel
sizes ranging from .094 (3/32) inches wide (Channel Size
#2) to .467 (7/16) inches wide (Channel Size #10). Channels
on the industrial brushes are also available in galvanized
steel and stainless steel and aluminum.
Holder Profiles for Industrial Brushes
Our straight strip industrial brushes can be mounted in
our aluminum extruded brush holders. We have strip brush
holders to fit most sizes of the straight strip industrial
brushes we manufacture. We have various holder profiles available
for our #2.5 strip industrial brushes, #3 strip industrial
brushes, #4 strip industrial brushes, #7 strip industrial
brushes, and #8 strip industrial brushes. As the brushes
need to be replaced, the strip industrial brushes can be
removed from the holder and replaced.
