Drive through, delivery doors and dock levelers
often require easily replaceable weather
seals, which we also manufacture.
We are also a major manufacturer of an industrial
weather seal. Our brush weather seal can
be used on factory overhead doors, dock
levelers, or on your equipment to seal in
a heated or a refrigerated area. A brush
weather seal can be made with many different
types of bristles to seal any type of harsh
factory environment. We can make a
weather seal with nylon bristles,
we can make a weather seal with polypropylene,
and we can make a weather seal with wire
bristles or natural bristles. The diversity
in brush fillings as well as an unlimited
number of bristle sizes and lengths enables
us to design and deliver the weather seal
that work perfect for your application.
For example, if you are concerned about
the weather seal being damaged by the harsh
weather, we can make the weather seal with
weather-resistant stainless steel metal
backing. Also, a polypropylene filled weather
seal will help fight off damaging
ultra violet rays that may break down other
weather seals.
A weather seal provide
an important function not only keeping weather
out of your building, but by saving money
and energy by trapping your heat or air
conditioned air inside your building.
