Precision Brush - Coil Brush

Precision Brush Co manufactures coil brushes, sometimes also referred to as cylinder, spiral or wound brushes. The process for making these style brushes is to wind a straight strip brush onto the appropriate size shaft that will result in the correct inside diameter. The length of the strip brush can be as small as only a few inches up to hundreds of feet long.

Coil brushes can range from about a ½" brush face up to more than 10 feet long. The outside diameters can range from about 3/4" up to over one foot. Our custom design sheets make it easy to design a brush and our unique quoting system enables us to quickly update and develop new pricing.
