Precision Brush - Cup Brush

Precision Brush can form straight metal channel strip brushes into many shapes. This round shape with the filaments forming a cylinder shape rather than the filaments facing inward or outward is called a cup brush. The most common application for this type of brush is for use in vacuum systems, both household and industrial. However these types of brushes are also used to control debris or liquids in applications such as power washing or machining of parts. As with all of our custom designed brushes the uses are endless and these brushes have been used successfully in many other applications such as holding and transferring parts, visual barriers and even some motorized applications that required the brush to spin. Limitations on manufacturing Cup Brushes begins with the limitations of manufacturing the metal channel strip. If we can make it straight, we can form it into a cup, although there are some limitations on the dimensions of the formed cup brush.
