Precision Brush - Epoxy Wound Cyclinder Brush

Epoxy Wound Cylinder Brushes are made by inserting brush filling between epoxy coated strings. This type of brush sometimes has an advantage over metal channel wound brushes when it is critical to have an even filling all the way to the ends of the brush, or when the brush will be used at high speeds. These brushes can also be balanced for use at specific RPMs . They can be made to be replaceable or can be sent back to us for rewinding if your shaft design will not accommodate replacement sleeves. We can either wind the brush on shafts supplied to us or can machine the brush shafts to your specifications.
