Types of Industrial Brushes

There are many types and styles of brushes, but only three main types of Custom made Industrial brushes.

Metal Channel strip brushes, Staple set Brushes and Twisted in Wire Brushes. There are of course other paint brushes, wheel brushes, end brushes, epoxy set brushes, and so on...

Metal channel brushes are probably the most diverse style as well as easiest to customize. Precision Brush manufactures brushes with many different size channels and fillings. The size combinations are almost limitless as well as available shapes.

Staple set brushes are also very diverse, but sometimes the customization is a little more involved. The blocks need to be manufactured, then the filling process takes place. The combinations are again almost limitless.

Twisted in wire brushes can be made extremely small and are a great solution for getting into holes for cleaning and deburring.
