Precision Brush - Sizes of Metal Channel Strip Brush

The Metal Channel sizes of our strip brushes  range from our #2 channel, with a width measuring  one tenth of an inch or .100", to the #10 channel , with a width measuring 7/16 of an inch or .437".  The bottom of the metal channels are mostly  flat, but we are able to make some sizes in an oval shape. 

We manufacture all size metal channel brushes in Galvanized steel and many of them are also available in Stainless Steel or Aluminum.

Precision Brush Company has machines set up on almost every size channel almost all of the time and can provide the quickest service in the industry.  The channel size sometimes depends on the filament diameter and the required overall trim of the brush.  There are ranges of minimum and maximum fillings and overall trims for each channel size, and it is very important to let us know if the brush is to fit in a holder.
