Inside Curve Brush
An inside curve brush — which may also be thought of as a partial segment of an inside disk brush — consists of a curved metal channel with filaments that point inward.
Historically, these specialty brushes were most often used in the printing and paper manufacturing industries, such as for holding paper tightly in place as it goes past a roller, for example. However, they can be used in any application.
Inside curve brushes are sometimes used as a closeout to hide gaps in a conveyor as it goes around a curve. The conveyor might have straight strip brushes on both sides, utilizing an inside curve brush when a bend in the conveyor path is required.
